The General Terms and Conditions are published on the website, so it is considered that every user who reviews the content and orders the goods is familiar with their full text.

By registering and making a purchase on the website www.dar.si, the user or the customer is fully acquainted with these terms and agrees with them.

Availability of information

DAR d.o.o. Koper undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information before being bound by the contract or offer:

  1. information about DAR d.o.o. Koper;
  2. contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone);
  3. essential characteristics of articles;
  4. terms of delivery of items (method, place, and estimated delivery time);
  5. the prices of the products on the website will always be clearly indicated in EUR and do not include value-added tax (VAT);
  6. method of payment and delivery, and the validity period of this information;
  7. the procedure and conditions for returning the goods;
  8. the time validity of the offer;
  9. deadlines for withdrawal from the contract;
  10. complaint and reclamation procedure.

Order

The purchase agreement between DAR d.o.o. Koper and the customer in the online store www.dar.si is concluded at the moment when the customer receives the first electronic message confirming his order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to DAR d.o.o. Koper as for the buyer.

All prices in the online store are in EUR and do not include value-added tax (VAT). The tax is calculated at the online cash register.

Methods of payment

- A new customer of the online store pays for the order by transfer to the account of DAR d.o.o. Koper according to the offer/proforma invoice.
- At the pick-up point DAR d.o.o. Koper is possible to pay in cash or by credit card.
- After receiving the payment according to the offer/proforma invoice, the order goes on to the processing process.
- Existing customers of DAR d.o.o. Koper have a payment under the contract.

Issuance of invoice

DAR d.o.o. Koper after the delivery of the ordered items also sends an invoice to the customer in pdf format to the customer's e-mail address. In the case of personal collection at the collection point, the buyer receives a printed invoice for the purchased items upon receipt.

The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract.

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.

Delivery of goods

The buyer can pick up the goods in person at the company's address Ulica 15.maja 18, 6000 Koper-Capodistria from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 16.00.

We also deliver the ordered goods, both in Slovenia and abroad.

Slovenia:

- for orders below 150,00 EUR the delivery cost is 5,00 EUR
- for orders over 150,00 EUR the delivery is free of charge

Abroad:

- the delivery cost is subsequently charged according to the price list of the carrier/freight forwarder.

We will deliver the ordered goods, if possible, within the usual legal deadline, which is 30 days from the received order, but the average delivery time is 1-5 days from the received order. If it is not possible to deliver the goods within the legal 30-day delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible about the estimated delivery time. In the event that DAR d.o.o. Koper does not fulfill its obligation within the legal deadline, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the first possible business day.

Delivery damage

If the customer receives a damaged package, it is best to call DAR d.o.o. Koper: +386 5 61 41 000. Together with the contractual partner, we will do our best to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

Contract withdrawal

Customers have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving the items that you are withdrawing from the contract without having to give a reason for your decision. Withdraw from the contract by sending us a message to info@dar.si.

The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt of the items. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer. Items must be returned to the bidder no later than 14 days from the submission of the notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). If the customer may have already started using the item or if he has already opened and assembled individual components for technical products, withdrawal from the contract is unfortunately no longer possible.

The buyer must return the received items undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. If the packaging is an integral part of the item, it must also be attached, as it was in the original condition upon receipt of the item (i.e. undamaged and in the same quantity).

We will refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal.

Limitation of liability

DAR d.o.o. Koper makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date. Nevertheless, the properties of items (quantity, price) can change so quickly that sometimes it fails to correct all the data in a timely manner. In such a case, the buyer will be notified of the changes and will be allowed to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.

Exclusion of liability

We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel placed orders that have been affected by a technical error. In case of cancellation of the order (s), we will inform you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps. You must ensure that the equipment (antivirus, etc.) is adequately protected against accessing and using the website. The customer must ensure the appropriate security and confidentiality of the information used to log in to the website (email address, password).

Protection of personal data

DAR d.o.o. Koper undertakes to permanently protect the personal data of the customer obtained during the registration of the customer. The seller keeps the IP addresses of all visitors www.dar.si. For registered users, the seller also keeps registration data: name, surname, delivery address, payment address, time and date of registration, contact telephone number, and contact e-mail address. The seller will use the buyer's personal data exclusively to fulfill the buyer's order and other necessary communication with the buyer. Under no circumstances will the customer's personal data be disclosed to unauthorized persons. The buyer is also responsible for the protection of personal data. He must ensure the security of his username and password and the antivirus software of his computer.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

DAR d.o.o. Koper reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Complaints, reclamations and disputes

DAR d.o.o. Koper makes an effort and with the system of work organization tries to ensure that there are no mistakes at work. In the event of an error on the part of the seller, damage, or defect of the item, the person responsible for resolving the complaint or complaint of the buyer will be determined. The complaint is submitted in writing by e-mail at info@dar.si. The seller will resolve the complaint and complaint of the buyer quickly and efficiently, in terms of resolving the complaint to the mutual satisfaction
